Full rates are £140.00 for a luxury double ensuite room and £160.00 for the luxury suite per night (including breakfast), based on shared occupancy.

The charges are based on double occupancy and include breakfast. Rooms should be vacated between 10.30 am and 4.00 pm during your stay and by 11.00 am on day of departure.

For full day occupancy and early check-in, a surcharge may be levied.

Cancellation policy:

If you make a booking through our online booking agencies we adhere to their cancellation policies. If you book direct through us by telephone the following applies:

As we are a small family establishment our cancellation policy is flexible. Our general rule is that if we have to turn away another booking because of yours, we will charge if the room is not re-let due to your cancellation. In certain circumstances we are prepared to offer a future booking as an alternative. If there is no inconvenience and no lost bookings we do not charge a cancellation fee provided the cancellation is made at least three days before the date booked. 48 hour cancellation will incur a 50% charge. 24 hour cancellation will incur a 100% charge.
